Convert Between Two Scales

The source scale is defined as being the scale the length to convert is in.

Example : A drawing is in 1:1 scale, and the length to convert is 1000

The destination scale is defined as the "working" scale to convert to.

This conversion module takes the destination scale, multiplies it with the length to convert to achieve a 1:1 dimension, and divides that result by the destination scale.
